Walk & Stretch

ACFAA Walk and Stretch Group meet every Monday at 09h00 at La Gare, Eymet. We walk for approximately one hour, about 3.5k. The walk includes a gentle stretch routine for the shoulders, arms, hips, and waist, finishing the end of the walk with a cool down stretch. Join us for some fresh air. Wear warm, loose clothing and walking boots or trainers.
