Notice of Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting is being held on Thursday 22nd May in le Jardin de Cadix, adjaecent to the Château d’Eymet.

Doors open at 17h00 and the meeting will begin at 17h30.

Nominations for Officers & Committee

In accordance with the Association’s Statutes, nominations are invited for members of Committee to be considered for election at the meeting.

The Committee position of President of the Association, Claire Riley and Committee Member, Nicola Lack have become vacant on the occasion of our Annual General Meeting and nominations are open for these positions.  Claire and Nicola are standing for re-election to Committee.

There are a number of places for additional members on the ACFAA Committee.  Join the Committee and help us grow ACFAA’s activities in the local community.  If you believe in promoting cultural life and well-being in our area, please consider joining us. We’re happy to discuss what a Committee role involves.

Nominees must be of voting age (18 years of age) and a member of Association Culturelle Franco-Anglaise d’Aquitaine (ACFAA).  All nominations must be proposed and seconded by members of the Association.  Nominees must agree to their name being put forward.  Please send your nomination, including details of your Proposer and Seconder, by email to the Secretary.
